Prior to his work in healthcare,  Paul delivered presentations as part of the renowned Disney Institute, speaking in front of hundreds (sometimes thousands) for clients like McDonalds, AT&T and FedEx.

     Since leaving Disney in 2006, Paul has  focused exclusively on the healthcare industry and improving patient and employee experiences, working hands-on with clients as well as delivering smaller, more intimate conference workshops, physician and executive leadership retreats and customized presentations.
