Patty Jobbitt, MSA, PT

Patty Jobbitt is the CEO of the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, part of Detroit Medical Center. She has spent the majority of her career at RIM, starting as a staff physical therapist before becoming the COO. As the COO of RIM, she was responsible for the operations of the 94-bed licensed freestanding inpatient facility and a network of 32 outpatient facilities across 4 counties in Detroit. In addition to all operations, Patty is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the patient experience and employee engagement. She is responsible for creating the RIM Way culture and led the redesign of RIM's orientation programs: Training Camp and MiniCamp. 

Jim Kocher, Director of Patient Experience, Dignity Health
Jim Kocher

Jim Kocher was the Director of Patient Experience for the Dignity Health Medical Foundation, where he is responsible for”leading the charge” to improve and maintain the culture and level of excellent service within Dignity Health Medical Foundation's medical clinics in California. Prior to that, Jim was a lead consultant and trainer with Integrated Loyalty Systems, where he was instrumental in developing and implementing both organizational culture improvements and new employee orientation redesigns for such clients as Carson Tahoe Health System and Dignity Health.

Roger Raichelson, MD, Personnel Director, Northeastern Anesthesia Service
Roger Raichelson, MD

Dr. Raichelson is the Director of Anesthesia and a member of the Board of Trustees for Nyack Hospital in Westchester County, NY, part of the New York - Presbyterian Healthcare System and an affiliate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He also serves as Personnel Director for the prestigious Northeastern Anesthesia Service group. With more than 25 years’ experience, Roger embodies the bringing together of both the “human” and “clinical” sides of healthcare, having received “Physician of the Year” honors and consistent recognition for his one-on-one time spent with patients.
