John Hill
John Hill is a consultant focused on leadership development, customer service and improving patient experiences. In 1989 he was recruited by the Walt Disney World Resort® to manage multiple food and beverage locations, and later went on to Disney University then Disney Institute, where he taught classes as part of the “Disney Approach” curriculum. John has frequently “shared the stage” with Paul Grossman on culture change and new-employee orientation projects for clients including Cigna Medical Group, Sheltering Arms and the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.
Jess Williams
Jessica Hope is Administrative Assistant to Paul and new to the healthcare training profession, but experienced when it comes to addressing groups of people, having been a featured actor, singer and dancer for entertainment companies including Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and has recently completed a one-year contract at Tokyo DisneySea in Japan. Prior to her year in Japan with Disney, Jessica worked for Mursion®, a company that leverages state-of-the-art virtual reality to reinvent professional training. While at Mursion®, she was responsible for bringing computer-based characters to life to help teachers deliver improved learning experiences for their students.
Kevin Ambler, PA
Kevin Ambler is the owner and principal at the Tampa-based Ambler Law Group. In addition to his law practice, Kevin served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010, representing House District 47 in Hillsborough County. As a Representative, Kevin served on over 47 legislative councils and committees, including serving as Chairman of the Health Appropriations Committee in which he was responsible for nearly $20 billion dollars in appropriations for more than 3 million Medicaid beneficiaries and 80,000 health care providers and 15,000 health care facilities.

As a Senior Vice President with the training and consulting firm AchieveGlobal, Thomas was responsible for successful customer-service and strategic management projects with multiple Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Ian Grossman
Ian Grossman is the Research & Development Manager for PLG Experience Solutions. Having earned his JD from Florida State University Law School, and with experience in public policy, advocacy and research, Ian is responsible for providing research into the latest healthcare trends, policies and positions as they relate to patient experience and employee engagement. In addition, Ian provides supporting research into anticipated changes in the healthcare industry, as well as market information and analytics.
